If you are bringing your computer in for repair, please complete and submit the questionnaire below. By doing so it will speed up the check in time when you bring in your computer. We will hold on to this information for 15 days, after which you will need to resubmit it.

NOTE: We only repair Windows based PC's (No Apple or Mac products)

Monday - Friday --- 9 AM - 5 PM
(We close from NOON to 1:15 PM for Lunch)
DROP OFF and PICK UP TIMES
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
AND
1:30 PM - 4.00 PM
PLEASE ALOW US ENOUGH TIME TO DISCUSS YOUR ISSUE(S) AND TO CHECK YOUR COMPUTER IN
(10 to 15 MINUTES AV)
IMPORTANT! If your desktop or all-in-one computer uses the standard 3-prong power cable like this, we will not need your power cord.
IF NOT, and FOR ALL LAPTOPS and NETBOOKS please bring your power supply/charger with your computer.
