If you are having problems as "server timeout" or other errors - We suggest that you use our Web Mail. Since September 12, 2008 our Web Mail has been powered by Google Gmail and has many useful options. (See Below)
Using our Web Mail is very easy to do. All you have to do is to click on Sign In located at the top of our home page. A login box (shown below) will then come up.
Please Note: You only need to type in your username and not your whole E-mail address. For example, if your whole address is joe@woolcom.net - ONLY TYPE IN joe - followed by your password.
NOTE: Dialup customers should use the Basic HTML mode for faster access to your files. (See at bottom of page after login in to your E-mail account)
The first time you log in to your Web Mail account you will have to agree to the terms and click "I accept" You will also have to type in the matching characters of the Captcha similar to the one shown below...
I know that this is a little aggravating and you may find it hard to read but this must be done before you can use your Web Mail for the first time. This is a security measure to prevent robot computers from hacking into E-mail accounts. Should you have trouble with this just let us know and we will do it for you.
