Good News!

Our net cost for Internet service will drop on February 1, 2010 and we are passing this savings on to you, our WIS customer.

Effective February 1, 2010 our WIS Dial-Up prices will decrease for our customers that pay for 3 months or more at a time. (The monthly rate will stay the same at $13.95)

After February 1st the price for 3 months (Q) will be $38.95 (save $2.90)

for 6 months (SA) $72.95 (save $10.75)

and for 12 months (A) $134.95 (save $32.45)

No refunds or credits will be given if you have already paid in advance prior to February 1st.

If your WIS is due for February and you normally pay for more than month at a time please pay only for February ($13.95) and then after February 1st you can pay at the decreased rates for as many months as you choose to.

We have also created a new online payment page that is much more user friendly than the old one was. You can make all payments from this Web page. A link to it is on our woolcom.net home page.

This new page will not appear until Monday, February 1st, please continue to use the existing page until then.

Another new service offered is an easier way to automate your payments directly from either your credit or bank card. We now honor Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal for both the online payments and the recurring payments.
